1st time I made it, it burnt on the bottom. 2nd time, but some of the sauce on the bottom = no burn! much better! 5 stars! *love the onion!

Should have read the suggestions below and used chicken broth instead of water. Will try again with broth. *** used veggie broth! much better!!! Also putting cheese on top when serving it is delish too

Banana Banana Bread

Used 1/2 cup apple sauce due to lack of bananas. Added small amount of vanilla and two shakes of cinnamon. Did mini muffins! Added choco chips to half and to the plain half I put a cinnamon brown sugar mix on top. Baked for about 12 minutes.
