I found this recipe online. It's a healthy take on a yummy asian dish. With the chicken breaded in panko flakes and baked for the extra crisp it turns boring chicken in a delicious treat! I did broil mine at the end just for added goldeness and a little more crunch. One of my families new fav dishes.

Chicken Pot Pie III

The whole family loves this pot pie especially my 4 almost 5 year old. I really didn't need to tweek the recipe, I just added some of our favortive salt seasoning to the chicken as it baked vs. boiling it. Super yummy, easy home-cooked meal!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

The whole family absolutely loves this recipe. I used kale instead of spinach and milk with baking soda instead of heavy cream. Everything about this is DELISCIOUS!!!!

Ground Beef Wellington

This was a big hit with my husband and very picky 4 year old. I doubled the meat so it made 3 larger loaves...and cooked the with the meat so they would soften. I also added some shredded mozzarella to the sauce and to the beef mixture. And a little bit of our favorite seasoning to the sauce. I will definitely make this one again and again!
