Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies

As is, I rate this a 3. It was okay but could definitely be better. I had no trouble preparing them or with the baking time...mine came out perfectly done in 45 minutes and they looked really good, however they weren't sweet enough for my tastes. The blonde brownie didn't taste at all like a brownie to me, and the cheesecake center had no taste at all. I would make this again but I would make some changes to the recipe.

Glazed Cornish Game Hens With Apricot Pistachio Dressing

This was delicious! I made it in place of a traditional turkey for Thanksgiving and we really enjoyed it. I didn't use the pistachios and parsley and like others, I lowered the cooking temperature to about 375 then turned it up to 400 for the last 5 minutes.

Avocado Dessert

Beef Bulgogi

Pea and Crab Salad

Great salad! I did a couple things different though. I omitted the tomatoes and added 1 tbsp of sugar to the mayonnaise. Yum!

Extra Easy Fudge

This makes great fudge! I used 2 cups of peanut butter chips and 1 cup of peanuts and it came out great. I'll definitely use this recipe again.
