Fruit Pizza III

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
Great dessert, after reading reviews about the crust, I put in 3c flour, 1/2c b. sugar, 1/4c icing sugar, 1 1/4c butter, for the sauce I used 1 pkg cream cheesemixed well with 1 jar marshmallow topping-used peaches, nectarines and strawberries, then mixed 1 cup yogurt with 2T strawberry jam to glaze over the top. Family loved it, crust stayed crunchy until the next day-made in jelly role pan

Cream Puff Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
Thanks for a great recipe, family says it's a keeper. I made it as written and it was great that night. After reading reviews I tried it again with a few changes. I baked crust in 2 pie plates, I divided the cheese 'n milk mixture and made one batch with vanilla pudding and choc garnish; the other batch with butterscotch pudding and choc garnish. Thanx for the tip to mix cr cheese and milk. Delicious

Marinated Ham Steaks

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
Delicious, the marinade made the steaks very juicy, mine always dried out. I left out the cinnamon-personal preferrence, added apple juice-no apples, and a tsp of hot mustard. They marinaded for 2 days b/c dinner was interupted, that may have made more flavor come through. Thanks for sharing the recipe
