Spicy Orange Chicken Wing Sauce

I loved it as is, but I added sautéed onions and garlic ( I love onions and garlic too much not too). Some one also suggested to season you chicken well- that's a must! The person suggested to use five spice Chinese season (sprinkles and more to taste of everything else too), tex mex season (couldn't find it), montreal steak season, ( I added) season salt, and pepper. Boy was this tasty!!! I'm adding the sauce to my pan fried (in olive oil, onions, and garlic) chicken, let it all simmer together, and reheat for dinner. Boy is this one tasty meal, or stir fry sauce!!!!

Marinade for Chicken

The chicken was moist. The overall flavor was okay. I added bbq sauce because it makes everything tastes better, lol, and threw it back in the oven for about 15minutes. It was real good by then.

Thank you Chef Joy for your suggestions on this recipe!!! I'm a struggling ( artist)/ cook, and I followed your lead and this is the first time I made chili that actually taste good!!!!! Their is a party in my mouth and the chili refuse to go to my stomach, lol.

Yes!!!!! I FINALLY FOUND A SALMON RECIPE THAT I CAN MAKE (IM A BEGGGGINNNNERRRR) LINE FOR LINE AND ITS CREAT! IF YOU DONT MIND THE FULL SPICY FLAVOR, COOK THE MARINADE WITH THE SALMON (SOMETHING I DIDNT DO THAT I WISH I HAD AFTERWORDS). THE NEXT DAY, I USED IT WITH SALAD. LOVELY, LOVELY, LOVELY REICPE!!!!!!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Two stars... I'm no cook, not yet at least, but I cook the broccoli at 3 times at 3 different temperatures in the oven, and they still kept burning when I adjusted the time. I guess the olive oil is NOT THE PROPER OIL TO USE. I know its healthy, but roasting at high temps. is a no no for olive oil- it made my broccoli burn 3 TIMES! BACK TO STEAMING THEM I GO UNTIL SOMEBODY FIX THIS RECIPE!
