This is a good recipe. However, I doubled the cinnamon-sugar mixture for the center, since I like I moist, flavorful center in swirl breads. I also sprinkled raisins over the rectangle before rolling up, just to give more life to the swirl. I think the recipe could use just an extra boost of flavor, so I would suggest increasing the salt to about 1.5 tsp or even 2 tsp, and throwing in at least 1TB of cinnamon into the bread mixture. You'll definitely want to bake it for 25-30 minutes. I baked mine for 25, then turned oven off for 10 more minutes since the center was still a little gummy (probably b/c I doubled the cinn-sugar mixture). I made these to give as Christmas gifts this year, should be a hit!
