a stape recipe in our house, except we make it with olive oil instead of butter. It's so tasty with a little salt and pepper with the fresh garlic that you can skip the cheese altogether. So good they are addicting. Also great for asparagus and brussel sprouts that are halfed, cooking them mostly on the cut side to the pan. Also, the more garlic the better.
