Shoyu Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2013
We love this recipe! I'm making it again tonight. I may have to pan fry it, but I'm sure it will taste great anyway. Oh yea, I use chicken breast because I don't care for thighs.

Pad Thai

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
I've never made Pad Thai before. This was an easy and very good recipe. Like another reviewer said Pad Thai is like making chili or soup. You can make all kinds of changes. I will switch up my veggies and meat each time I make this dish. Thanks for posting!

This was very good! I've made it twice and will make again. I also recommend twice the sauce the recipe calls for.

Carrot Souffle

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
The was excellent! Like most people I used less sugar and a bit less butter. I did not add cinnamon and nutmeg. People said it made it taste like sweet potatoes, if I wanted sweet potatoes I would have made sweet potatoes! I think it's sad when people give a lesser rating when they change recipe or don't have correct ingredients on hand. People are nice enough to share recipes with us, so be nice! I will make this again and again.

Minute® Rice Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
I made this last night. It was excellent! If you follow this recipe, I suggest you use a muck smaller pan. I used a 13x9 but I used 3 cups rice, 5 eggs 3/4 cup parm cheese, 2 cups motz cheese, 2 1/2 cup cottage cheese and one and one half lbs of GB. I seasoned to taste, it was wonderful.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2009
This was very tasty! Like other people I also changed a few things, I added 2 cans of soup and some chopped roasted red pepper. Next time I would omit the butter (I found it unnecessary.)If you don't like crunchy onions, I suggest sauteing them first.

Polish Style Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
My husband loved this recipe! With a few modifications it was a meal in itself. I added thin sliced kielbasa, sauteed sweet onion, sauteed red pepper and mozzarella to each layer. Yum! I'll make this again.
