Triple Berry Crisp
Cut the recipe in half...used about 3 cups of fruit, mostly blueberries with a few strawberries and raspberries that needed used. Used a stick of butter that, at the suggestion of another reviewer, I melted in my pan while the oven preheated and poured over the dry ingredients. And I used dark brown sugar. It was delicious! Just the right amount of juiciness. Spectacular with ice cream!

Shrimp Chowder
Made this because I had leftover frozen "salad" shrimp. It was wonderful! Using ideas from other reviewers and because I needed to stretch it just a bit, I added more potatoes (I cooked them first), corn, and a can of chopped clams - juice and all. I also used Old Bay after a taste test seemed bland. Everyone liked it - and my daughter added some leftover bacon to her bowl - she claimed it only made it better!

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
A wonderful soup. We used green onions - no chives in the store. It was a little thin for my tastes but the rest of the family thought it was perfect!
