Sweet Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
These tasted so delicious and looked awesome!!! I used 2 tbs of vanilla instead of water, 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I will definitely be making these again.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
These are by far the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. I think the secret is the vanilla pudding. Also, make sure to not over bake.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These are super easy and tastes wonderful!!! They do not expand so you can shape it anyway you like. I baked them for only 9-10 minutes and they came out perfectly.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
I love this recipe!!!! It is so flexible that you can adjust it to your own liking. Here are some changes I made: 1)Pre-baked the pizza crust for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F before adding the topping. 2)Left out the onions, used double portions of mushrooms and mixed in some pasta sauce 3)drained out the juices from sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes 4)Put slices of fresh tomatoes and cut up whole chunks of mozzarella cheese on the very top . OH YUMMMMMMMMMM :)

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
Excellent Fail proof recipe!!!! I failed 4 times at making bread and this was my 5th attempt. I decided to use this recipe because of all the good reviews it received on the recipe "as is", not with a million modifications that people make and then rate it 5 stars.

Easy One-Step Spaghetti

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2010
By far the best way to make Spaghetti. Recipe is perfect!!! I added an extra cup of water, suggested by other reviewers, but I think 2 cups would have been fine too.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
I brushed the top with butter and added taco cheese and garlic powder. Tasted yummy and goes well with Italian food. I wouldn't say they're to "die for", but they're pretty good.

Buckeyes I

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
This recipe calls for way too much sugar which makes the texture too dry and crumbly instead of smooth and creamy. The peanut butter taste was almost not there. I kept re-checking the recipe thinking I made a mistake with the amount of sugar it called for. I'm not sure how to get the smooth and creamy texture like the buckeyes I've had before, but I'm thinking maybe use some shortening and reduce the amount of sugar. Anyways, I'll be trying out another buckeye recipe. I made some into "snowballs" using white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet choc. chips and they turned out very tasty. Make sure to add shortening to the white choc chips when melting them.
