Raisin Sauce for Ham I

This is a great sauce. I didn't have marmalade, so I used apricot jam instead. Delicious! Then I put the hot sauce through a sieve so it was a smooth gravy-like sauce. Thanks so much.

Banana-Zucchini Bread

Thank you for the great recipe. I doubled it and made 5 loaves. Its texture and flavor is perfect. Didn't have nuts, but added golden raisins.
