Exceptionally delicious! I just ate this for breakfast with a few changes - I omitted the nuts and raisins and replaced the oil with applesauce for a healthier alternative. I also nearly halved the sugar and replaced it with brown sugar, instead. Before baking, I sprinkled half of the bar with chocolate chips and in the other half, I pressed walnuts into the bar and layered banana slices over the top. Five minutes before baking time was up, I removed the pan and spread the chocolate, sprinkling marshmallows on top for a s'mores effect. Scrumptious warm with a smooth, thick oatmealy flavor, and the bananas paired beautifully together with the bar in texture! SO simple - a definite keeper!
