Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
Great made as is. Made two times in one week. The second time I used frozen berries and fresh rhubarb. I also cut down to 3/4 cup of white sugar. Tasted great both ways especially with ice cream or whipped cream.

Chewy Sugar Cookies
Followed receipe exactly, ended up with runny batter that turned into extremely thin, stuck to the pan mess. I followed ingredients and instruction list exactly.

Rach's Broccoli Casserole
I omit butter and it turns out just fine. Also for a change you can use 2 cups croutons instead of crackers. Sometimes I add mushrooms to it also. Always a hit a holiday celebrations.
