Old Charleston Style Shrimp and Grits
This was a great recipe, I did not have any sausage so left it out and I also used 2% milk and smoked Gouda cheese. I used chicken broth instead of water to make the grits. I watched several shows that stated the longer you cook the roux, the better so I cooked mine for about 20 minutes - it was a very rich dark brown. I sprinkled the shrimp with cajun seasoning and cooked them separate so they would not over cook. Next time I will try it with turkey smoked sausage, this is a dish that you can adjust the seasonings as needed. I best this will be great with chopped tomatoes also!!!

French Pastry Pie Crust
This was simple and fail proof, I took the others advice and rolled the dough between clear wrap, it was awesome crust for my blueberry pie, can't wait to try it with grandma ole apple pie also from this site - I love this site!!

Sukhothai Pad Thai
I tried this yesterday and it's awesome! I took the advice of others and instead of vinegar used three parts lime juice and one part rice vinegar; instead of soy sauce used fish sauce and a splash of soy sauce; I boiled water on the stove put the rice noodles in and took off the heat - done in 5 mins or less; I also toped with honey roasted peanuts - so no need for extra sugar and salt, also used red pepper flakes, will add more spices the next time - this recipe can be easily adapted according to your taste - thanks for sharing!
