It was pretty good. I couldn't taste much of the lime in some parts of the chicken.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
It was decent. I used mild enchilada sauce and just regular diced tomatoes. We also didn't use the corn and used black beans instead. I would try using rotel next time for a little bit more of a kick. Definitely serve with lime, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and chips.

So simple to make! I followed others advice and started with sautee of garlic and onions in olive oil. I love how it has simple ingredients, ones that I have around.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I like that you have all the ingredients at hand! It is yummy too! I went with other recommendations and added more basil, equal amount of garlic salt, and a bit of thyme. You need to also follow the directions and make sure the chicken is flattened. YUM!!!

What a treat! Some of the items were a bit expensive for my budget (Romano cheese in particular), but this is so delicious! It is a nice dish to have for special dinners.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
Pretty yummy. I followed other reviews and added a bit of taco seasoning and separated the refried beans. I used the original rotel and medium taco sauce and it wasn't too spicy for our 16 month old. Everyone was happy.

I followed the recipe except for using olive oil in place of margarine. I didn't like it. It tasted like fish.
