This was a great recipe! Very easy to make and you can customize it to your liking. I did use pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust and cooked it in a cast iron skillet. Will definitely make this one again.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

WOW!!! I just made this and it is by far the best frosting I have ever tasted. I like that it is not super sweet. I prefer light and fluffy frosting. I will never make another kind again!

The Best Mashed Potatoes

I thought these were pretty good. But I was extremely surprised there is not milk or cream in them. I followed the directions as written and they were way to dry. I added a whole pint of heavy whipping cream and they came out awesome. I will definitely make these again with the added cream.

Mom's Great Green Beans

Foolproof Rib Roast

This was amazing!!! I followed the directions on the cooking time. I used McCormack Grillmates, Montreal Steak Seasoning for the spices. I did not cover the roast with foil. This is a keeper and I will definitely do this again!

Cuban Ropa Vieja

This was excellent. I did add Sauzon, more garlic, and an extra cup of beef broth as suggested by others. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for the great recipe! I served with black beans and rice and plantain chips.

Linda's Lasagna

This was a great recipe. It was my first time making homemade lasagna but this came out awesome! The only thing I did different was to add fresh chopped garlic to the sauce as it was cooking. This is definitely a keeper!!!
