Won Ton Snacks

These are great! I used ground turkey to cut back on fat and it worked fine. Just before filling the cups I added about 1 cup of chopped salted peanuts to the meat mixture to boost the the peanut flavor and they tasted really good.

Sarah's Applesauce

Came out great! I doubled everything but the water and there was still plenty of liquid. Used my potato ricer for the mashing part which gave it a great texture.

Whole Wheat Chocolate Banana Bread

This is a keeper since I am always looking for new ways to use up ripe bananas. They were perfect just the way the recipe is, I wouldn't change a thing. Only difference was that I made 12 muffins instead of the 16 that it says. They were done in 25 minutes and were just right.
