My Son said it should be named,"YUCK-azuti". Nothing blended together once it cooked. We had blobs of soup and then blobs of tomateos. Once I mixed everything up, it was a little better, but not something I'd make again.

Chinese Chicken Casserole Surprise

I added a can of a mixture of baby corn, bean sprouts and bamboo shoots and since I couldn't find plain sliced almonds, I used the kind that were garlic ceasar flavored and we LOVED IT!!! I will be making this again.

Broccoli Spaghetti Soup

Well, I kept reading this thinking I was missing something. So I added 8 chicken bouillon cubes, 2-3 crushed garlic cloves and added a dash of pepper. VIOLA!! A delicious soup that went well with the hoagie rolls converted to cheesy garlic bread broiled to a golden brown. Hit the spot on a cold Ohio winter nite.

Pizza Dough I

I was a bit skeptical at fist, not having to let the dough "rise" and all, but I tried it anyways and it was GREAT!! Definately a recipe to keep on hand for busy days!

Easy Tuna Casserole

Barbequed Pork Ribs

This recipe was AWESOME!!! Took a little time to make it but was SO WORTH IT!! Broiled them instead of using the grill and they were GREAT!!!Guess what I'm making at our next BBQ????

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I added 3 Tablespoons of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix, half a bag of frozen mixed veggies and milk intstead of water to cover and it turned out WONDERFUL!! The milk made the gravy nice and thick to serve over mashed potatoes. A loaf of bread and green salad, and it turned out to be a "stick to your ribs" dinner!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

The only problem I had with these was after they cooled, I put them in a plastic container to take to a family party and they were all stuck together when we got there. I suggest putting a sheet of waxed paper in between layers.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Perfect recipe for the summer, light and you don't have to heat up your house with the oven! I served it over rice and it was WONDERFUL! After cooking all day, the chicken is SO tender. I used bottled lemon juice instead of fresh and it still turned out very tasty.

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

Very easy, very quick to make. I didn't have cilantro but was it still very tasty! My husband LOVED it. Very inexpensive to make. I got all of the ingredients (except the cilantro) at a local food store called Save A Lot and I think my total came to $3 and some change. Not bad for a family on a budget.

Pasta Pomodoro

I halved the recipe but still used the same amount of beans. It was very good but still made a lot. We ate it for about 3 days getting better each day. Great for a quick lunch or dinner.
