BIG HIT!!! I made some changes to please the family. As I ALWAYS do, I marinated the chicken in lemon juice, salt and granulated garlic for about 1 hour, used only 2 cups yogurt and added a little salt, black pepper, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese to the corn flake crumbs. Even my super-picky daughter had seconds!

Terrific Turkey Meat Loaf

Very good, tasty, simple, easy and fast. I made a few changes: 2 whole eggs, regular mustard, no green peppers. The whole family approved and my husband packed it for lunch the next day, when it tasted even better.

Baked Flounder

Good. Substituted onions for mushrooms (kids don't like them). The fish was a little bland. Next time I'll add some spices and salt, but there will definitely be a next time.

Quinoa Side Dish
