Grandma's Best Ever Sour Cream Lasagna

I'm not a big fan of lasagna so I tried this approach to see if it made a difference. I followed the recipe perfectly and I was really surprised by how much I like it. The sausage and the olives give it an extra special kick.

Whipping Cream Chicken

Phenomenal! It's almost impossible to go wrong with so much milk fat in one dish. I didn't have mushrooms so I just served vegetables on the side, and the sauce was so delicious I poured it over the veggies while eating, as well as the chicken. I also didn't have seasoned salt, so I just used salt, and then rubbed Old Bay seasoning into the chicken. Worked really well, if anyone else wants to try it.

Nacho Chicken Casserole

This isn't bad at all, but I would have added more chips (or maybe rice instead). Mine came out more like soup than casserole. Although to be fair, I used an extra big can of cream of chicken.

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

Spinach Lentil Soup

The flavor of this dish probably depends a lot on what salsa you use. My salsa had corn in it so I added some more (scraped off the cob). Came out pretty well. A nice, easy vegetarian dish. When I reheat the leftovers, I will add some additional spices.

Parmesan Artichoke Casserole

Didn't have parmesan, so I used Monteray Jack and Swiss. Also, I wanted it to be a full meal, so I served it over rice. Tasted great.
