These were uber-convenient and yummy. I used two pieces of pre-cooked bacon. Baked for 15 min. and then added two, one quarter of a slice pieces of American cheese on top, baked again for about 3 min. until the cheese was bubbly. This cooked the egg to a soft yolk which made a very convenient non messy sandwich. I think trying a scrambled egg mixture would work as well if not better for a great school bus stop sandwich. Use a small rubber scraper to pop out.
