Old Fashioned Onion Rings

breading was thinner than i would have preferred and i added a ton of spices to it (garlic, paprika, dill). took a lot more work than i expected but they turned out great!

Was absolutely delicious. Added onion and garlic powder to the batter for extra kick. The only thing I will do differently in the future is refridgerate the batter so that when it hits the oil it sticks more to the chicken.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

followed this recipe to a "T", except here in denmark we don't have cream of anything - we have to make it from scratch - so I used a homemade cream of mushroom and everyone LOVED these enchiladas. creamy and rich it was a wonderful recipe and easy to cook! thanks!

Pizza Dough III

My first time ever making pizza dough and this was perfectly easy! My bf is particular about thin crust and this turned out delicious. I added dried dill and oregano to the dough and it gave it a beautiful color. We used the extra dough to make strombollis and since this was a thin crust it cooked perfectly! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is that I think the dough needed more salt and the oven (which we rarely have to turn up) I had to move up to 380 to get a crispy crust. Thanks for this recipe!!!!
