Camarones al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)

This was fabulous. I did change a few things. Instead of using tomatoe sauce I substituted 1 can of diced tomatoes and served over speghetti. I also cut the garlic down to 5 large cloves pressed. My husband and sister loved it, my sister got up during th night and had some left overs.

Guacamole

This is very good, we make it all the time now. I didn't feel the need to change a thing. Best guacamole recipe I have ever made.

Country-Style Ribs

I made these for dinner last night, very good easy recipe. My husband asked me to make them again. I didn't improvise much, just added a few squirts of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Yummy!

My Crab Cakes

These are the best crab cakes I have ever made. I served them on hamburger buns with a little mayo , lettuce and tomatoe. Makes a great lunch or dinner with a side of cole slaw.

Aw-some Cole Slaw

I love this coleslaw. I used one bag of prepard cabbage and cut the recipe in half. It was great. The longer you keep it in the fridge it gets tastier. At least make it the day before you want to serve it.
