Chocolate Soup I
Maybe mine didn't thicken like everyone elses, but it wasn't thick, it wasn't thin. Just right. The flavor is well worth the 5 minutes it takes to cook. This is much better than packet cocoa. I'll use this again and again!

Mocha Chocolate Cookies
I loved these! I used pecans and almonds instead of walnuts and used 3 tbsp of coffee instead of 2. I dropped bigger spoonfuls onto the sheet and baked for 10 min or less. They were less crunchy and burnt. These are wonderful but extremely chocolaty!!!

Easy Fruit Cobbler
It was pretty good. I'll make it again, just with a few changes next time. I'll sprinkle some sugar on top next time and add some vanilla to the batter.
