These were great. I use Panko Bread Crumbs and they came out perfect. My son has asked me to make these for his bday dinner.

Fudgy Brownies I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
I have been looking for a brownie recipe that is NOT cake-like. Every time I make a brownie recipe they always come out cake-like. Yuk! I decided to try this recipe last Wednesday and I have already made my second batch last night. All my kids raved, and raved and wanted them packed in their lunch. One even came home last week and said "mom I shared my brownie and all the kids said this was the best brownie that had ever eaten!!!" I cannot thank you enough for this recipe. We finally found our brownie recipe that we will stick with. The best part is...they are so easy to make and I always have the ingredients on hand, so I can whip some up in no time. I truly believe that the boiling water/oil concoction is the secret to these. Do not change a thing, these are the best!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
I love this chili recipe. It is perfect for cool nights when we have a lot of practices. (like tonight) All the kids love this chili. I do have some that are not fans of green peppers, so I do ommit those every once in a while. It has been a little thin when I make it on the stove, so I add a little bit of tomato paste to thicken it up. Great recipe! Thanks George!!

World's Best Key Lime Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
My family begs me to make this whenever I can. I also make it everytime we have to bring a dish. It gets rave reviews and I am always giving out the recipe. The only problem is that this recipe makes me two pies, which works for me:) I take one with me and put the other in the freezer for my husband. He loves it frozen. SOOOO Yummy!!!

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
This is a staple in our house every week. I always have the ingredients on hand, so it's easy. At least one of my kids asks for it EVERY week. I do add a little worchestershire in it just for a little extra flavor. Amazing!!

Chicken a la Can Can

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
My family enjoys this recipe very much. I enjoy the convenience of it. When we have fifty million practices at night, this is a quick meal that everyone enjoys. I use already cooked chicken though and throw it in to make it even faster for me.

Key West Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
This is definitely the best chicken marinade I have found!!! ALL my kids ate it, even the picky eaters. The best part was, the next day, I sliced up the leftover chicken breasts (I made a lot) and made sandwiches with tom, let, and mayo. The kids were so upset when the chicken was eaten all up and there was no more. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will be using it a lot!!
