Banana Crumb Muffins

These are very savory yummy carnitas. How ever I feel the flavors get a bit over bearing if used for left overs. I think I might prefer something a bit more fresh, something with cilantro,but these are still very good, and the method worked perfect.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This is a great easy dessert... however, the instructions are not very clear when it comes to the crescent rolls. I believe it is supposed to have one whole container of crescents on the bottom of the pan, and then the other whole container on the top.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

ADDED A 1/4 OR SO OF CHICKEN STOCK FOR FLAVOR INSTEAD OF WATER ONLY, BUT STILL ADDED ADDITONAL WATER. FORGOT TO ADD THE MILK, BUT WAS STILL DELICIOUS AND LOWER CALORIE WITHOUT IT. I MAY TRY THE MILK NEXT TIME.

Linguine with Seafood and Sundried Tomatoes

This is a awesome recipe. The only changes I made were adding the clams along with the clam juice and thickened the sauce with a little flour. I will make this again and again.

I MUST AGREE WITH THE MASSES - THIS WAS WONDERFUL. ALTHOUGH, I WOULD SAY IT'S BEST TO USE A THINK CUT OF SALMON AND A LITTLE RED PEPPER FLAKE MIGHT GIVE IT A NICE ASIAN SPICY KICK - I HAVEN'T TRIED THAT YET, BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE GOOD.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

THIS DISH HAS POTENTIAL. HOWEVER THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING. I CAN'T PUT MY FINGER ON IT, I WANT TO SAY SUGAR, BUT I AM SURE THERE IS SOMETHING BETTER TO GIVE IT THAT SPARK. I PROBABLY WON'T MAKE THIS AGAIN.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

CANNED CHOPPED TOMATOES GIVE IT MORE MOISTURE WHEREAS THE FRESH TOMOATOES DON'T GIVE ENOUGH MOISTURE BUT ARE STILL GOOD TO INCLUDE. THIS WAS EXCELLENT. I WILL KEEP THIS AS A FAVORITE.
