I made this last night, with a few variations. Actually, the variations would probably make it a different recipe but since i used this recipe as the base i wanted to rate it. I seasoned the breasts with the same spices in the recipe (lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt & pepper). However i stuffed my chicken with a ham slice and swiss cheese, sealing it with toothpicks. I seared each side in the butter. I removed the chicken and added the cream and fresh dill, salt & pepper to the pan. Let that cook for a few minutes, then added the chicken back in the pan, cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. I did not add capers because my kids wouldn't have touched it if i did! I know, a lot of variations..... but very good!
