Double Tomato Bruschetta
I love the recipe. I modified a bit. I used home grown tomatoes so I skipped the sun dried tomatoes. I also added some greek oregano as I didn't have enough fresh basil. I added a dash of red peppers for some heat and cooked the whole thing on Trader Joe's pizza dough with parmesan cheese.

We add cream before we add the tomatoes and let is cook about 15 minutes longer than the recipe calls for. This gives you a great sauce to pour over rice.
