Glorious Sponge Cake

Good cake for decorating, its strong and allows for alot of pushing and pulling but its texture and flavor are not the best.

Olive Oil Bread

Im not sure what happened but my bread turned out horrible. It was very hard to get it to knead together and was just overall pretty bad.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Very good dip! I also cut the cream cheese in half, and added a little sour cream, but if you want a more creamy and thinner dip the 2 pkgs of cream cheese is fine.

These turn out way better if you add just a couple tbsp of flour to them, mine were completly falling apart without it.

This is a good recipe but next time I think I will make mine in a bigger dish to make it a little thinner, my top got done way before the middle was cooked. It still tasted great once it was finished though!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

My sauce was not creamy at all, I highly suggest adding some milk to your cheese and eggs and mixing before adding it to the pasta. The taste was still good though I think the pancetta I added was the best part.

Chocolate Pecan Pie I

This pie is amazing but definately for the chocolate lover! It is extremely rich and I thought the flavor got better after it sat for a few hours.

Marshmallow Fondant

This stuff for my first time was really hard to make. But....compared to other fondants the taste was amazing! Just be prepared to work for it if you aren't use to working with things like this.
