Great Pumpkin Dessert
I followed another similar recipe's suggestion of adding a "crust". I reserved one cup of the dry cake mix and the rest of the cake mix I combined one egg and 1/2 cup of melted butter. I used this as the crust only because I worried the pumpkin mix might be too mushy. This came out great, I would love to try it next time with a graham cracker crust!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
I added a tablespoon of olive oil to my stuffing mix since it seemed a little dry. After testing a mushroom with only the stuffing, I decided to place a thin slice of Monterrey Jack cheese before baking the mushrooms. I didn't get to add the cooked garlic on top of the mushroom but did drizzle the olive oil. That seemed to help with the baking process and prevent the mushrooms from drying out in the oven. The stuffing was enough for about 20 large mushrooms. Everyone loved these, it was an easy recipe to follow and I will definitely make again!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
One huge tip for these cookies **Wait to let the cookie cool completely on the cookie sheet before removing or else it'll crumble apart during the transfer** I flatted with a fork the 1st batch and they came out FLAT so the 2nd time around I only rolled into a small ball, they came out with a wonderful shape and just right. Everyone loved the taste, received many compliments, I also increased peanut butter and flour and added vanilla extract as recommended.
