These are simply wonderful. I had 2 bananas so that's what I used. I didn't have yogurt so substituted sour cream. Thanks for this recipe!

Corn Salad II

This recipe was super delicious! I cut the recipe in half and cubed the cucumber to add to the salad. I also used fresh grape tomatoes from my garden. I will definitely make this again.

Mix-In-The-Pan Cake

I've tried many chocolate cake recipes that don't include an egg and this is by far the best. I also love the smaller size as it works great for 2 people. Yummy!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

I needed to make a large amount of caramel corn so I decided to try this recipes. I made 3 batches and they turned out great. I had a large roaster and made the entire batch in it. There was plenty of sauce over the popcorn and I had no problem washing the roaster afterwards. I did try making 1/2 batch also, but it did not come out as well. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Chunky Marinara Sauce

I really liked this recipe as I was in a hurry and found no canned spaghetti sauce in the cupboard. I followed the recipe except for using 1 teaspoon italian seasoning in place of oregano. Now that I've tried this I prefer it to any canned sauce. It's so simple and you can make it all in one pan.

Best Ever Muffins

Very good basic muffin recipe. I love how you can add different ingredients to make it your own. I prefer the plain recipe. I also used ener-g egg replacer and it worked great.

Fast Creamy Tomato Penne

Bubble Pizza

I tried this recipe and thought it was too doughy. I didn't use the meat (vegetarian), but did add extra cheese. I think even if I had used the meat it would still have tasted like too much dough.

Vegetable Cheese Soup I

This recipe was great. I scaled the recipe to 3 servings and it fit great in my smaller crockpot. Otherwise, I followed the recipe except for using Velveeta cheese which was all I had. I served this with Paprika Onion Bread also found on this website. Try different kinds of vegetables in this. I'll be making it again and again.

Paprika Onion Bread

This bread was delicious. I wasn't quite sure about putting paprika in it, but it turned out awesome. I served it with Vegetable Cheese Soup 1 also on this website. It was a heavier type bread. Try this--you'll like it!

Awesome Broccoli Casserole

This was a wonderful recipe. I used about half the sour cream and added all the cheese to the broccoli mixture. For the soup I used "Cream Soup Recipe" from this website. I think this would be great for a potluck--maybe add chicken to keep meat eaters happy!

Mashed Potato Hot Dish

Very good recipe. We don't eat meat so I left it out. I also used the Cream Soup Base recipe from this website and sprinkled some french fried onions on top. This recipe would also be good using broccoli with the soup or with a cheese sauce.

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Wonderful cookie! I read many reviews and I cut down on the sugar and added about 1/4 cup more flour. After testing several in the oven I did press them with a glass and they did not spread at all. I took every pan out after 8 minutes and cooled them for 5. Yummy!

Butter Bean Burgers

These were very tasty. I did substitute salsa for the jalepenos as another reviewer said. However, next time I would use more. I don't eat eggs, so I put in a tablespoon of milk. I won't the next time. They didn't need it. These formed into nice patties. Very filling.

Triple Fudge Brownies

These were terrific. They were a "cakey" type of brownie. I did make them in a regular cake pan and baked them about 37 minutes. We ate them warm with ice cream on top. We felt these were very chocolaty. I will make these again as they were great for vegetarians (which I am). No one would know they don't have eggs. I would take these to share at any get together. Thank you!

Easy Ice Cream Cake

I made this for my niece's birthday. She loved it. Make sure to have all ingredients ready to go as it will melt if you spend a lot of time on it. I am only giving this 4 stars as we did not care for the cool whip on the top. After being frozen it wasn't as tasty when it was time to eat.
