Vanilla Pudding

This is a very good recipe. I did alter it to fit my needs. I used it for filling for a cake so I needed it to be thicker. I doubled the recipe and cut the milk down to 3 cups. I also used splenda to make it sugar free. PERFECT!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Awesome recipe!! I bake these muffins every week for church Sunday morning. (We give each new visitor a muffin!) I use flavored coffee creamers to change them up. I have also used maraschino cherries and replaced the some of the milk with some of the cherry juice. This is very easy to make changes to and they always come out fantastic!!
