Chocolate Passion Bowl

I have been making this recipe for years. You can exchange the brownies for chocolate cake and the raspberries for strawberries or any other type of berry. I am a cake decorator and this is what do with my chocolate cake scraps! this dessert is ALWAYS a big hit!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

The only thing I did differently was using ready to bake lasagna noodles instead of the regular noodles. Besides that I followed the recipe to the T and it was Superb! Made it for guests and two of them asked for the recipe! Hands down, best lasagna I have ever had! Thanks for sharing!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Best tilapia ever, used shredded parmessan cheese because that's what I had and it turn out really good. If you are going to use shredded instead of grated make sure to double the recipe. Thanks!

Unleavened Cornbread

My church does not allow baking powder or other leavening agents during passover so this recipe is great for us! I added a tablespoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of vanilla for extra flavor, and it turned out really delicious and moist. I baked it on a greased loaf pan and cut it into pieces it right after I took it off the oven. It took exactly 20 minutes to bake. I will keep this in my recipe book for years to come! Thank you!

Beef Bourguignon II

This was delicious and my house smelled wonderful. A few suggestions: use the "big chunk" stew meat as it is easier to manouver; i added additional butter when sauteing the vegetables (there was no butter left on the skillet after browining the meat). I added cellery chuncks along with the canned onions and mushrooms, I also added some extra wine for the veggies to cook in as it looked a little dry. I used Carmenere wine, which is a dryer version of the Malbec...it is important to use a wine that you like, as you can taste it in the sauce. I cooked this for 3 hours however it seems like it was done after 2, and It looked over cooked by the time it was done. Still good though, I served the bourguignon over a bed of egg noodle. We'll make again, thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was super delicious and will make again! I didn't add onion and I used cream of mushroom soup because it was what I had on hand. I used the rest of the ingredients in the recipe and also added half a package of onion soup and 1 bullion cube as suggested. I added canned mushrooms and the cream cheese 15 minutes prior and served it over egg noodles. In all honesty I never had stroganoff before but whatever I got was outstanding! thanks for sharing!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

First time making Chicken Noodle soup and it was a big hit! the only thing I did differently was using chicken thights instead of chicken breast. Chicken thights are way more flavorful...thanks for a great recipe!

Pan Seared Red Snapper

I couldn't find red snapper fillets so I used tillapia filets instead...I did the marinate recipe as is and added salt, pepper and garlic to taste to season the fish. It was really good, it had a very delicate flavor. Next time I will let it marinate for longer.

Butternut Squash Soup II

Delicious!! the only thing I did different was using one potato instead of two. Other than that I followed the recipe to the T. I bought the already cut butternut squash from Wegmans which made things way easier. Love it and will make again! Thank you!

delicious! will make again but next time I will do less of the mustard, honey and butter mixture, I did 8 fillets and it was way too much sauce for it. half of the mixture ended up being tossed away. wonderful, wonderful dish, thanks for sharing!

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

This is excellent...I don't like garlic too much so I just put a clove in the inside of each hen along with the lemon and the rosemary and that's it. It was pretty flavorful and moist. I doubled the mixture of broth and wine as someone else suggested and that worked well. I will be cooking this again....over and over again...delicious!

Almond Custard Filling

There is too much almond extract on this recipe. I felt like if my tongue and throat were burning. However, 1/2 a teaspoon of extract would work well. Will do again.
