Chocolate Passion Bowl

I have been making this recipe for years. You can exchange the brownies for chocolate cake and the raspberries for strawberries or any other type of berry. I am a cake decorator and this is what do with my chocolate cake scraps! this dessert is ALWAYS a big hit!

Unleavened Cornbread

My church does not allow baking powder or other leavening agents during passover so this recipe is great for us! I added a tablespoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of vanilla for extra flavor, and it turned out really delicious and moist. I baked it on a greased loaf pan and cut it into pieces it right after I took it off the oven. It took exactly 20 minutes to bake. I will keep this in my recipe book for years to come! Thank you!

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

The broiling didn't work for me, after a few minutes the sugar started burning and it was not cooked all the way through. BUT, I reduced the heat to 320, covered it on foil and stick it back to the oven .... it was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!! thanks for the recipe...will do again baked not broiled. :)

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

The only thing I did differently was using ready to bake lasagna noodles instead of the regular noodles. Besides that I followed the recipe to the T and it was Superb! Made it for guests and two of them asked for the recipe! Hands down, best lasagna I have ever had! Thanks for sharing!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Best tilapia ever, used shredded parmessan cheese because that's what I had and it turn out really good. If you are going to use shredded instead of grated make sure to double the recipe. Thanks!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This was good, my husband loved it so much that he had seconds. However I felt that this was missing something, it tasted a little bland. It probably needed more parmessan cheese or salt, not sure? I used fresh garlic instead of garlic powder which made the sauce smell really good, other that that I used about 1 1/2 cups of milk and added the oregano and nutmeg as suggested. I will make this again. Thanks for sharing.

Beef Bourguignon II

This was delicious and my house smelled wonderful. A few suggestions: use the "big chunk" stew meat as it is easier to manouver; i added additional butter when sauteing the vegetables (there was no butter left on the skillet after browining the meat). I added cellery chuncks along with the canned onions and mushrooms, I also added some extra wine for the veggies to cook in as it looked a little dry. I used Carmenere wine, which is a dryer version of the Malbec...it is important to use a wine that you like, as you can taste it in the sauce. I cooked this for 3 hours however it seems like it was done after 2, and It looked over cooked by the time it was done. Still good though, I served the bourguignon over a bed of egg noodle. We'll make again, thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was super delicious and will make again! I didn't add onion and I used cream of mushroom soup because it was what I had on hand. I used the rest of the ingredients in the recipe and also added half a package of onion soup and 1 bullion cube as suggested. I added canned mushrooms and the cream cheese 15 minutes prior and served it over egg noodles. In all honesty I never had stroganoff before but whatever I got was outstanding! thanks for sharing!

Pan Seared Red Snapper

I couldn't find red snapper fillets so I used tillapia filets instead...I did the marinate recipe as is and added salt, pepper and garlic to taste to season the fish. It was really good, it had a very delicate flavor. Next time I will let it marinate for longer.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I am sorry but I didn't like this. It tasted like yogurt and it ruined my red velvet cupcakes. The flavors were not complementary. This is the way to fix it, 2 cream cheese, 1/2 butter, 4 confectioners sugar (or else it will be a liquidy blob), vanilla and a little bit of lemon juice. I should have used my old recipe.

This was really good! I used bow tie pasta instead of spaghetti. Just a couple of suggestions: make sure you season it with salt and pepper and bake until the cheese is melted, not for an hour! Thanks!

Easy Baked Tilapia

I am giving this 4 stars just because I didn't follow the recipe to the T. I couldn't find the Old Bay Seasoning and instead I used the Mediterranean Herb Perfect Pinch by McCormick, since there are so many spices in it I skiped the garlic salt. I used salt and pepperr, the butter, the lemon and the frozen vegetables as suggested, it was delicious! next time I will add more of the seasoning for extra flavor. Thanks for sharing!
