Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2012
This is wonderful, thanks so much for this recipe!,I didn't have sherry so I used orange juice as others suggested.I also added 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and let it simmer for about 25 min. to get a preserve texture. I also let the seeds in the jalapenos as we like heat.I used 2 med. sized jalapenos.

President Ford's Braised Eye Round Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
This is one of my husbands favorite dishes! Whether I make it served over Kluski noodles or as another suggested putting in red potatoes durning mid cooking.Great both ways. I also add some worchestershire sauce & garlic too. If you want it with a thicker gravy add some roue when its almost done cooking. Super dish! Thanks to all for sharing!

Birthday Bones

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
I used reg.unbleached flour as I had no wheat flour. Also used organic beef broth instead of milk and added about a T.of Black Strap molasses. Also used reg. peanut butter.I did add flax seed as suggested by another.Baking powder is toxic for dogs but in Large Amounts or fed straight! So I didn't worry when another said she wouldn't use this recipe due to that ingredient.I doubled the recipe since we have 3 dogs.I also took the advice & let them stay in the oven to cool for extra crispness.

Best Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Corn Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
only gave this 3* since it has WAY to much salt, and I also agree that this is more like chicken & dumplings than chicken corn soup..I made rivals, other than that a good recipe. Also omitted the nutmeg.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Thanks so muh for a great recipe! I was wanting a recipe that did not use creamed soup as a base as my husband does not care for creamed soups. This was it! We loved this recipe and it made the best Gavey for the mashed potatoes that I served it over.I used hot cayenne and it made it super! I did use 2 cups chicken broth as suggested by other viewers. That was the only thing I did different. Will definately be making this recipe again!
