Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Absolutely delicious! We make this nearly once a week - we can eat some that night and use the remainder in other meals. I'll probably never buy rotisserie chicken again. This is too easy. I like trying different herbs in the liquid, too.

French Breakfast Puffs

Jack-O-Lantern Jumble

I had to make a second batch within hours of making the first one... it disappeared THAT quickly.Everyone couldn't stop eating it. I plan to try lots of variations, but stick to the same coating... it was DELICIOUS. FYI... pecan halves were terrific in this.

Bubble Pizza

Spinach Salad with Honey Dressing

This dressing is out of this world! I made a totally different salad with greens, citrus, apple, crisp radish and the dressing made it all work perfectly. There wasn't a person at the table who didn't rave about the dressing. Great job - thanks for the recipe!

Risotto with Asparagus

This will probably be my "go-to" risotto recipe from now on. It was very good and is just a simple basic flavorful recipe. I did add some garlic, as another reviewer mentioned, to the onion. The only other variation was that I roasted my asparagus with a little olive oil and lemon and then added it to the risotto at the end. I find that roasting really brings out the flavor of asparagus. Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

This is a staple in our home, too. I nearly always have a pork tenderloin in the freezer, simply because of this recipe. The flavors of the orange and rosemary are wonderful - not overwhelming. I might try the slow cooker idea next time, instead of the oven roasting.

Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey

Wonderful!! I will be making these often for guests. They were so easy to make. The flavors meld perfectly together. If you like goat cheese, you'll love this recipe. Definitely a keeper.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

They really do melt in your mouth. So light and perfect as a "tea" cookie. I suspect they wouldn't hold up for many days, but we ate them all the first day, so short-keeping is only a theory. :-)

Tar Heel Pie

as a native North Carolinian, I'm making this my signature pie. It was wonderful! I was really proud to serve this at a dinner party. Everyone loved it. I started out with small slices, but nearly everyone wanted a second piece.

Lemon Crisps

Couldn't believe it would be so quick and easy and still good, but BOY! These are awesome. I did add more than one cup of crispy rice cereal... maybe cup and a half. The crispiness was right on. And the lemon flavor was perfect. This recipe will go to the top of my cookie list.
