Chantal's New York Cheesecake

For people having problems, try cooking the cheesecake at 300 degrees F for 1 to 1.5 hours. Also, a water bath may be used for gentle even heating. Just make sure to wrap the outside of your springform pan with foil so water does not leak into the pan.
