Garlic Cheese Grits with Shrimp

So very good. It was so quick and easy to make also. The cheese I added was garlic cheese. I also added andouille sausage. My husband could not get enough!!

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ricotta Cheese

I made this for Thanksgiving. The whole family loved it. I didn't put in back in the potato skins, I made it into a casserole. Just heated it up. Much better than something sweet.
