Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2014
Love this recipe and so does my husband! I followed the recipe except I didn't have sage but I did have poultry seasoning (sage is in it). Olive oil isn't great to fry so I used vegetable oil and used about 2 tablespoons. More like 3. I will make again and again!

Black Bean and Feta Cheese Ugly Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2014
I have made this recipe several times with a couple of changes. For this amount of dressing, I also mix in a can of kidney beans, I only use 1 TBL of sugar and I add in 1 TSP of salt to balance out the sugar. If I don't have chives, I use red onions and I like to add cilantro when I have it.

Homestyle Kalua Pork with Cabbage in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2014
I followed the recipe except: I first seared the pork, cut it in third and used fresh ginger. I guess I should have cut it up then seared it but that's not how it happened. It turned out wonderful and my husband ate too much. I will definitely make this again. Thanks so much!

Black Beans and Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2013
Wow! I was looking for a new way to enjoy pork chops and this is exactly what I was looking for. So simple, soooo yummy! I didn't have cilantro, but it did have Victoria cilantro medium salsa. Mixed that with a can of kidney beans and it was delicious! Will definitely make again and again. Next time I will season the pork chops before I brown them and it is not necessary to cook for 20 to 35 minutes unless you like yours dried out. I browned them quickly on high and simmered, covered for 10 minutes.

Beef Stir-Fry with Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2013
Yummy! I halved the vinegar and cornstarch mix and I had to add about 1/2 a cup of veg broth because the sauce was way too thick. My husband and I ate it up with a quickness and will definitely make again. Very pleased, thx for the submission! Next time I will add a couple of dashes of fish sauce to make it perfect.
