Pasta with Tomato and Bacon

I used fresh tomatoes because I didn't have stewed (makes a difference in the flavor, stewed is what you should use), and a red onion. I was looking for the bacon-tomato flavor, and something quick to cook. It was quite good for that. The smokier the bacon, the better the flavor. The cheese adds some saltiness. The sauce is good, lighter than traditional bolgnese. The broken bacon pieces could be added at the end with the cheese.

Orange Soy Pork Loin

I really loved the recipe, i followed the ingredients exactly, rosemary included except that i didnt have a loin roast, so i used pork shoulder roast. it came out kinda flaky like barbecue. my favorite part were the red onions which seemed to really go well with the flavor of the soy sauce and added the most delicious flavor when mixed with the flaky meat. it wasnt as orangey as i expected though. i used tinfoil since i lost the ties for the oven bag, didnt prevent the juices from retaining any. i gave 4 stars since i didnt get the full hit of orange flavor.

Easy Pepper Steak

very good. i used a little less than the recipe calls for broth, i added stewed tomatoes, and to the cornstarch mix i added a little bit of ground ginger and much more soy sauce

Jean's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Really good! The ginger made it special. I made the chicken seperately, with green onions, ginger, and minced garlic. I cooked it in a skillet with chicken stock and let the stock steam away. It was sooo delectable. I also used canned carrots. The soup tasted better after it had been refrigerated over night and reheated for lunch. Ate it with French bread. My family gave me great reviews. A+
