All-Around Good Smoothie

Love it! I used vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries and lots of fresh strawberries! Delicious! Thanks Amy for the recipe, I have been experimenting with berry smoothies and they weren't tasting so good until I found your recipe!

Roasted Pork Loin

We did not like this recipe at all. I let the meat marinate for at least 3 hours and it still came out SO BLAND. It smelled so good when it was cooking in the oven - but when I took it out it was so bland. I even made a gravy to go with the meat, but still no flavor. Will not cook this recipe again. My bf said "you shouldn't cook pork again" after this recipe.

Rainbow Pasta Salad I

I tried and tried to add flavor to this pasta but it was SO BLAND. I let all the flavors mingle for a few hours in the fridge - still NOTHING. I followed this recipe exactly the way it's written.

Pollo Fajitas

Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly the way it's written. I've made this twice. Some changes that I have found that enhance the flavor - I didn't use vinegar and it turns out fine! I also added a dash of garlic powder and onion powder. Finally, I added red peppers to the veggies. Wonderful! I served this dish with Mexican rice, sour cream, Mission Jalapeno tortillas (most grocery stores carry them!!!), and lemon wedges. A favorite!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This recipe is delicious! I used half-half like previously suggested. One minor change, I didn't cook the shrimp as long as the recipe states because I tossed it and let it finish cooking in the pasta. This way the shrimp was at perfect!

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Delicious and simple recipe! Made it twice. Minor changes, I didn't have mustard powder so I used "onion powder instead." Also, I added a dash of "lemon herb" spices and lots of lemon zest on top of the chicken and marinated it in the fridge for a least 30 minutes. Then, I baked it at 350 degrees covered in foil for about an hour. I then uncovered the chicken and baked for about 20 minutes in 325 degrees. Really juice, lemony, and tasty!
