Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

These are perfect. I can finally enjoy hard boiled eggs. Other recipes I followed still had the shell sticking. These peel easy and are cooked perfectly. I used 4 eggs and cooked them for 12 minutes, and then put them in a bowl of ice water for 15 minutes to cool. They are good immediately after and peel easily.

This was good healthy comfort food. I liked the instructions for cooking the mung beans. They came good. It actually would have made a great filling for a pot pie.

I liked the flavor, but there was way too much dressing. Maybe the cabbage shrunk more because I added salt (and cayenne for flavor), but I had to add an additional two cups of cabbage at least.
