Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These were delicious!!! I made them for all of my neighbors for Christmas and they all asked for the recipe. I just rolled them into balls and out and put them on cookie sheets. And freeze the peanut butter cups!

Russian Tea Cakes I
This recipe is spot on the same as my grandmothers cookies and the best you'll find. I do add about a tbsp of water to the mix to help with the dry or crumbly texture people have been talking about. I make them every year for all of our neighbors and every year, they gobble them up and ask for the recipe!!! I've made them with walnuts, pecans, no nuts, colored granulated sugar, etc. and whatever you make them with, this recipe is fail proof and classic!!!! Winning!!!

Chef John's Quiche Lorraine
Made this quiche for family visiting on Thanksgiving morning. It was my first quiche ever so I was a little nervous to try it out on house guests but I followed the recipe exactly and it came out dee-lish!!! My family was raving about it and it was still super yummy the following day. Easy and flavorful. You can't lose on this one. However.....use a deep dish pie crust. This made a ton. Thanks for my new go to recipe :)
