Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
I fixed this tonight and tripled the recipe because I was feeding a lot of people. The only thing I did different is that I used chicken thighs instead of breasts because they are more tender. EVERYONE loved this soup. The kids loved it, the adults loved it and it was soooo easy! We garnished with avocados, cilantro, and cheese. It was so DELICIOUS! Thank you for the recipe.

Strawberry Cake and Frosting I

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
This recipe is so good! We are a gluten-free family so we use the gluten-free cake mix and flour. The frosting is wonderful and we use it for a fruit dip!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
I was sooo skeptical that this would work I almost changed it, but I read the other reviewers and decided to try it as directed. It was great! The next time I made it I doubled the dressing mix and I doubled the sauce ingredients so we could serve this over mashed potatoes and YUM YUM! Thanks for the great recipe.

Nana's Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
Absolutely delicious! I saute the veges in the butter then add them to the mix. After cooking this the first time I added some smoked chicken and it was a yummy main dish. This is now the dressing I make at Thanksgiving! Thanks Nana for the delicious casserole!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
I cooked this yesterday and it was delicious. The only things I did different was that I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and I sauteed the veges in the meat as it cooked. The family loved this recipe. I did make a version of this without the peppers, the cayenne, and the tabasco for the kids. This is going to be my go to recipe for chili!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
Soooo yummy! This is not just a breakfast recipe. I added more ham (we have a bunch of carnivores here) and cheese. I also waited to put the Parmesan on until the last 15 minutes of baking so it would not burn or harden. I also mashed cans of potatoes with milk and seasonings because we are gluten free family and can't have the canned soup...so I made my own! The family loved it.!
