Almond Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
Inspiring. I don't understand these people giving one away! We gobble them both up! They go quickly. I also put 3 cups of rhubarb in, and that makes it perfect. Thanks for the recipe! We go crazy for it.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
We all enjoyed it. Salsa is such a great idea. I would have never thought of it, but it has everything in it! Adds tons of veggies for the kids. Great way to sneak them in, and it is sooo moist. Everyone loved it.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
This is by far the best recipe I have ever tried on this site - and I have tried a lot. This is the only one I have made no changes on. I would have given it 10 stars if I could have. Delicious!

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
Perfect sauce - so easy and so few ingredients. I leave the peelings on my apples. I like it that way, makes it even easier!

Cheesy Creamed Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
I didn't have any time, and just did 3 cups of frozen corn with a couple of table spoons (approx) of cream cheese with a couple of chunks of the cheese, and popped it in the microwave on the "automatic cook frozen vegetables" option. It was incredible. My son and husband both loved it. I have been making it a couple of times a week.

Seared Sea Scallops

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
Great, just use less lemon pepper. This was way too much. Loved the recipe otherwise, though.

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: May 27, 2010
This was delicious. I cut the chicken into pieces and just dipped into the mayo for a light coating, then rolled it into a Stove-Top stuffing mix. It was great. I also added parm cheese. My family loved it. My husband ate the leftovers for breakfast. He never eats leftovers! I served it with sticky rice and carrots and green beans.

Basic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
This was really great. I needed a basic recipe for my "basic" guys. They loved it. Thanks. This site doesn't need to be all about the fancy stuff.

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
I also used less mustard (about 1.5 tsp), and we all loved it. I will absolutely make it again. Thank you!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
My favorite! I used no nuts. My family doesn't like them, and I used olive oil instead of canola. That is all I had. It turned out perfect. Only 3.5 cups of icing sugar for the frosting and it was still crazy-sweet. I would not go any sweeter. I think I'll use 3 cups next time. Delicious!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
This was wonderful. Toothpicks worked well to hold it all in. We all loved it. I have never done anything like this before (stuffing chicken breasts), but it was shockingly easy. I was so impressed with myself, and it was delicious. I caught my husband eating the leftovers. After 10 years he has never eaten the leftovers!

Carrot Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2009
My husband and I loved it. I think I'll use a bit less butter next time. We found it a bit greasy. Incredible. Our son wouldn't touch it. He only likes veggies plain. No idea how I got so lucky. It's the adults who need then dressed up! I am planning on tripling it for Thanksgiving.
