Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2014
Click on Kitchen Friendly View and you get Baked Ziti I. I'd like to print the correct view because I want to add the recipe to my candy cookbook. I've got to make this for my chocolate lovers! I haven't tried it yet but I already know they will love it!

Coconut Macaroons III

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
Chewy. Delicious. Thanks to my daughter for finding & making this recipe, we enjoyed these after our SuperBowl dinner. They could not have been more perfect in eye appeal and taste! This is her second batch in 2 days. Golf ball size made 2 dz. macaroons! Cooking time was twice the recommended in both ovens. Matters not, but I had to hide them from myself this morning. Just seeing them is irresistible. TIP: Rolling the dough in your hands to make a ball makes it dense. Dropping from a cookie scoop gives the more spread out and flaky appearance of the attached picture. I love that browned coconut!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
At last! A REAL recipe for peach cobbler!! This is the one I've been trying to find for years because it's so like the one my grandmother made. If you've never tried an honest to goodness peach cobbler, this one is worth your time and effort. Those "stir and pour" cobblers are only good when they are fresh and hot but no comparison to the genuine article.

Creamy Pimento Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
Calories per serving doesn't mention how much is in a serving. HELP! Delicious! But next time I'll measure the garlic powder. I might have gotten a little heavy handed when I sprinkled in more than a dash. Now I have to wait for it to chill so I can taste it AGAIN!

Turkey Tetrazzini II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
This a winner in my home. Never made turkey tetrazzini in 43 years of marriage. Tried it last night but used half turkey and half honey baked ham. My husband was the first person back for seconds. Quite a compliment considering he's the pickiest person I know! This recipe would be even better if sliced fresh mushrooms were added, but why mess with perfection?
