Caesar Salad I
My boyfriend has been using this recipe for some time and always gets rave reviews when he makes it. I also don't like anchovies, but you really can't taste it at all and the recipe just doesn't turn out quite right without them. He also uses the anchovy paste instead of the fillets. I added some seasoned chicken I grilled in olive oil and the result was delicious!!

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
I made this for a family reunion and it went fast! It was the only dessert to be eaten all up! Don't expect leftovers if you make this, it's delicious! To make it even better, while it is still warm, top with some vanilla ice cream.

Rhubarb Pudding Cake
I found this recipe looking for something to use some of my moms fresh rhubarb. I almost didn't make it after reading some of the comments, but decided to give it a shot anyway. It turned out alright, but I did not flip it out of the pan and just served it in bowls almost like dumplings but dessert. I also think it was a bit bland, all I tasted was vanilla. Maybe there should be some more rhubarb or another kind of fruit such as strawberries added to it.
