Country Apple Dumplings

Made this for the first time this evening and the hub and I both really liked it. I followed some of the suggestions and used reduced fat crescent rolls, 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar. I also used a Jonagold instead of a Granny Smith apple. Next time I might cut the apples into 4ths rather than 8ths. We'll see... Either way they're really yummy and VERY simple to make.

Pineapple Casserole II

This is wonderful and very easy to make. I've made it 3x now and have come up with a few slight modifications... I reduce the amount of sugar as it was too sweet for my taste, I use 1/2 tidbits and 1/2 chuck pineapple, I add a bit of dehydrated onion. Delicious!

Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding

Delicious!! I made this bread pudding with 1/2 bakery white bread and 1/2 cinnamon swirl. I also made a glaze of milk, powdered sugar and vanilla to drizzle over the top. Wonderful. I'll certainly make this again.
