Orange Muffins

It's not bad but I don't go to the trouble of zesting an orange that I don't have, so maybe that's why there was no orange flavor in it what so ever, but next time I plan on using orange extract.

I've already had request by my husband to make it again. I did omit the mushrooms (don't like them)and added a pinch of nutmeg seasoning. Instead of the sliced cheese, I used 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, because that's my favorite cheese. Keeper!

Chocolate Chip Cake

Very good cake! I was craving that chocolate chip molten cake from Chili's and so I found this one. Close enough...my family really enjoyed it too. Excited about making it again. :)

Broccoli Cheese Soup III

I loved this recipe! I love cheese so I used 3 cups instead of 2. I've been looking for a copycat recipe of the one served in a tearoom near by, and this is very similar, but much cheesier, and it makes alot. My husband loved it as well, and he ate many bowls. I thought it would last more than 2 days, but not with my husband. Taste even better the next day. My 3 year old son even liked it to dip his chips in. Awesome soup, Thanks. I will be making this again and for friends and family.
