To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
WOWZERS! These are delicious. I can never eat those pre-made ones ever again. First, these were really easy to make. All of the ingredients, except for the blueberries, were already in the kitchen. Next, I followed the recipe and didn't really take any other users advice (since there were so many conflicting ones). The muffins came out perfect. There's nothing like biting into one and having the blueberry juice burst into your mouth.

Prego® Now and Later Baked Ziti

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
This was really easy to make. I used just a little bit of onion (because it gives my step-dad gas -_-). I mixed in a lot of random seasonings... I also used the $$"Great Value"$$ Italian Cheeses blend and Ziti. I also added 1/2 a can of diced tomatoes (no salt) and 1/2 a can of tomato sauce because the chili i'm going to make in the future calls for 8 oz .. and a whole can is 15 oz.. lol. This turned out to be a really inexpensive, delicious meal. And, I'm ALLLLLL about inexpensive.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
THIS WAS AMAZE-BALLS! I used strawberry preservatives, fuji apples, blueberries (because I hate raspberries), and strawberries. I used white sugar the first time I made it, but I just put a teaspoon in the 2nd time. I couldn't really tell the difference. The tortilla chips were delicious too. The first time, all I had was Pam to spray on it. It was good. The 2nd time, I got the I can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray..... amazeballs. I sprayed the butter on just one side. I sugared/cinnamoned them by shaking them up in a bag. And, I put them in muffin tins to get the curve shape. Delicious treat.

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
I will NEVER go to Panera Bread again! This soup was DELICIOUS!!! I added an extra potato, because I thought the potatoes I was using were kind of small. Also, I found it very difficult to mix all of the flour in with the butter. I thought the mixture would get way too dry, so I just added as much of the flour as I could and then added the rest as I added the milk. I used margarine, self-rising flour (that's all we had), and whole milk. The soup came out very thick. Next time, I will add some chicken broth. This soup was SO delicious though, and super easy. Great recipe.

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
This is DELICIOUS. I used cans of Veg-All's mixed vegetables because they have a great variety of vegetables (green beans, carrots, potatoes, lima beans, corn, and peas). I used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of potatoe like others suggested. And, I used the Pilsbury crust. I also added a few spices... ground pepper.. salt.. chicken seasonings on the chicken. and i also added 1/2 an sauteed onion. DELICIOUS. My family loves it, and even my mom was impressed.

Simple Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
excuse my young adult syntax but THIS WAS FRIGGIN' DEL!!!!!!! as a newbie in the kitchen, this was easy to make and my whole family loved it. It was so refreshing and not too heavy. I loved this. I will definitely make this again. I used boneless Walmart chicken breasts, since we have them in abundance at my house. And I didn't add olives since I don't particularly like them. I also used salad dressing, since that's what we had. This was so good!!

Michelle's Punch Bowl Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
light and delicious. exactly what i wanted. i added strawberries. And, I made a mistake and got cook n' serve vanilla pudding. And not enough.. so i had to end up with one layer of the cook n' serve pudding, and one layer of the vanilla instant pudding that my mom had already that was past its "best used by" date. it was still delicious and no one died. :-D
